Speaking at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress
Last week, I had the distinct honor of speaking at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) in Indiana—an international gathering of founders, investors, and ecosystem builders from across 50+ countries.
With over 3,400 attendees, and just two hours before Mark Cuban took the stage, I had the opportunity to share the core insights behind Breakout Valuation—specifically how entrepreneurs can master the key drivers of value to build lasting impact and wealth.
The energy in the room was incredible. What stood out most were the powerful conversations that happened after the talk—conversations with founders who are working across the globe to build something meaningful, often with limited resources but limitless drive. This is exactly the type of audience I created Magnetic Vision to Value for—leaders who are searching not just for growth, but for clarity and conviction.
One personal highlight: Jason, a member of the AV team, pulled me aside after my session. “Your talk really hit home,” he said. That stuck with me. Someone who sees dozens of speakers a week found something in my message that resonated deeply. That’s what it’s all about—real impact, real connection.
My sincere thanks to the GEC team and organizers—Garry Lyon Jr., Cristina A. Fernandez, Jonathan Ortmans, and the entire Indiana host committee—for putting together such a thoughtful and dynamic event. And to the incredible AV team—Shannon, Jason, Anthony, and Vincent—thank you for making sure every moment on stage was set up for success.
I walked away inspired, energized, and more committed than ever to supporting entrepreneurs and vision-driven leaders.
If you're hosting a summit, conference, or leadership gathering where founders or ecosystem builders are looking to level up—I'd love to bring this message to your stage.
Let’s talk about how we can make that happen.
